It鈥檚 been over two weeks since news broke that retailers Marks & Spencer and the Co-op, were dealing with serious cyber incidents. Both are still experiencing painful repercussions following the attack, with the latter still struggling to get shelves fully stocked in certain areas, and the former unable to process online orders and, more worryingly, announcing that customer data has been stolen. Supreme Court ruling: Update on practical implications for staff, students and visitors to campus accessing toilet facilities
Following the UK Supreme Court ruling that in the Equality Act 2010 鈥榮ex鈥� means biological sex and as such, workplaces need to provide single sex toilet facilities. The EHRC has provided interim guidance that organisations should continue to adhere to the Equality Act 2010 and ensure protection for all protected characteristics, including trans and non-binary people.
